Pending transaction - Charge back

Hi My original order got cancelled and they still charged me showing on my pendings I rang the seller and they said it will take 3-7 working day so the money will appear back in my account. How do I speed up the process its xmas soon and don't wanna be without money given that I paid using paypal

Any help will be much appreciated 🙂
