Pending payment won't pay to retailer

I made an online purchase using PayPal. The delivery hasn't turned up and so I contacted them. They said the payment is pending. So I checked and it is pending. How do I make it pay? It's been over a week. There are funds in the attached bank account.

Is there a clearance date only it sounds like you sent an echeque.

I have this same problem. A shopper has paid but it shows as pending in my account and I cant get the money released.
How do I get it released ?
Customer said Paypal told her all I have to do is accept the payment but I cant see where to do this

My above reply was directed at @ozstar who has also posted on this thread confusing things.
However if yours was funded from your bank account AND showing as pending on your account and the sellers account then its an echeque and should show on the sellers account the clearance date.

Thanks for the reply.
It is in AUD currency as all our sales are.
The customer is also in Australia and is very new to PP she says.
This is what our admin Summary says..
Authorisation 6 November 2018 at 11:08:42 AM AEDT Transaction ID: ################ Payment status: Pending Payment type: Authorisation Authorisation expiry date: 5 December 2018 Authorisation amount $20.00 AUD We don't have a mailing address on file
The sender of this payment has not verified their PayPal account and is located outside of the US.
What does she have to do and where does she do it to make it okay.
