7/22/20, bought item for $68.53. Credit card shows deduction from PayPal to card. No evidence of this on paypal. Merchandise never received, got a fraud tracking number. Tried to reach vendor, no response, this all seems fraud. How can I resolve this? To initiate a dispute, you must select date, this item not showing but my bank shows it.
