Transaction occurred buying from China and they sent me a completely different item then the picture of a luxury camping chair. I am requesting a full Refund from PayPay, how do I go about it. I have filed a dispute. The only reason the case is still open is that PayPal asked to ship it back to china with a tracking number. The post office couldn't give us a tracking number and it would cost me $43.00 to return. Post office wanted a standard USA formatted address.
