So I purchased some inventory from a supplier in Indonesia. He claimed to have sent it but never attached tracking. I filed a case and he gave tracking to PayPal, but the tracking shows it was delivered to Virginia, while I am in California! Paypal now said that they will refund me my money if I return the items to my supplier in Indonesia. But I do not have the items, which I cannot return. And I don't have my money. Please help!
