Paypal won't refund my refund.

Hi guys,

I'm just a young girl living in Korea that wanted  to purchase some products at walmart.com

At first I tried paying directly with my debit card(mastercard), but my orders were canceled a minute later.

So I resorted to paypal (connected with the same mastercard debit card). 

I tried multiple times, and at my final trial, the fund went away, but the order was canceled, but the fund wasn't returned to this day!

Its been 10 days and I have zero record of my fund neither on paypal nor on walmart. 

Its so freaky and frustrating and weird!!!!!!!

If you are living in Korea then why do you have a Canadian paypal account?

oh lol cuz i opened this account when i used to live in canada.

That would explain why things aren't working then. Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country that you reside in and add account info / addresses / tel numbers from within that country. You should close the old countries account before you move or you may have problems trying to do so in another country.
