When I purchased some good from a Facebook ad, I realized I may never see the goods.
I opened a claim but it was denied as Paypal said it was verified.
The problem is that the company I bought from is different than the one they list on Paypal and if you go to the site you cannot contact anyone.
Paypal has a China tracking number that shows the goods leaving China, being returned, leaving, being returned. etc.
Now I want to open the 2nd dispute but cannot.
This is the 2nd time that Paypal has been useless to me as a method of payment, and I cannot contact anyone to get a resolve.
