Hi All, I'm a trustee of a well respected registered charity in Zimbabwe and some years ago we had a Paypal account so people could donate. Paypal then unilaterally decided to stop this (Zimbabwe is often a problem but funds did not go there directly). The account is now listed as "restricted" and for months I have been emailing Paypal to ask them to close it permanently. They do not respond. I finally managed to talk to a real person but she transferred me and the line went dead. I don't want this account - any ideas of how to get the account closed permanently are most welcomed.
