Paypal was in favour of buyer in resolution although the buyer lied!

So I sell content online which is my private snapchat, people subscribe monthly to be a part of my private snapchat to be able to exclusively review my content, and this buyer claimed that he didn’t receive his item and lied and said that I’m selling shoes even tho I don’t sell shoes, and paypal refunded them the money for the lack of a tracking number even tho in the dispute I stated clearly that a tracking number wasn’t needed since the item he bought was a subscription and wasn’t something physical. I want to appeal their decision since it’s so unfair on me the buyer did buy and receive his subscription and I did provide PayPal with screenshots but that wasn’t good enough for them and they refunded my account... I’m so angry because this person requested his refund right when his subscription ended, so he basically got what he wanted and got it for free.
