Hey, Someone use my card and took 170$. I made contact with PayPal immediately and told them that it wasn't me who did this payment. I report about the problem and I got answered that they declined my request and my money won't get back to me. I can't open more dispute on this payment, I didn't get explained why they declined my request!! I'm disappointed from the service and just want my money back!! Help!
