Paypal shut me down and my money is stuck , Please help

PAYPAL CLOSED MY ACCOUNT , AND I HAVE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT , WHEN I GO TO TRANSFER IT SAYS IT CAN NOT PROCESS , PLEASE HELP
