I've tried calling the help line but the system said that this was something that couldn't be resolved over the phone, so I decided to ask a quesiton here.
I made a purchase late July with an old address on my account. The seller refunded my money, asked me to change my address, and then I repaid him after changing my address. Since then, I've received the product but I've yet to see any record of the return on my statements. I just called my bank (G1) and they have confirmed that they do not have any record of this return, indicating a problem on Paypal's end.
I've waited over a month now to get my money back and haven't seen it yet, so I would like to get this money back as soon as possible!
