Paypal says that my returned item wasn't delivered.

PLEASE HELP I bought a pair of sneakers almost 2 months ago and realized they were fake, i told the seller and i opened a dispute providing proofs that they werent authentic and paypal accepeted and told me to return them to the seller. I returned them and the seller get them back on 1st feb. I shipped from Romania to Netherlands. On the romanian post site its says they are in transit because they provide tracking for the shipment until it leaves the country. I called paypal and they told me that the item is still in transit. Paypal closed the case in seller favor even if he received the sneakers he even told me. On the Netherlands national tracking site (https://postnl.post/details/) you can t find it aswell because its not a national shipment. BUT if you track it on the international post nl site you can easily see that it has been delivered (https://www.internationalparceltracking.com/Main.aspx#/track/CO974623930RO/NL/2591JB) when i was on phone with paypal they told me that they did not find the tracking when i was seeing it in front of me clearly. I emailed them with the same things and told me that the proff of delivery was invalid. I dont know what to do

Call customer service again. Call until you get a rep that can help and is competent. Provide them with the link. Tell them they have to track the package at the Netherlands postal service. if they refuse to properly check, then you will have no choice but go to your bank to do a reversal or credit card chargeback as recourse.
