Paypal said digital goods is NOT covered with buyer's protection

I've been Paypal user since 2007. I have 2 accounts for my 2 businesses, and this is the first time i got disappointed.

Imagine using paypal for your online business and they can't even protect us.

I filed for dispute because i have received the service as promised and also submitted was not described.

I have given all the pieces of evidence and screenshots to prove it, even my password so they can see i'm telling the truth.

To my disappointment, it got denied. After that, i called Customer Service to talk about this,

and get what they said PAYPAL IS NOT COVERING ANY DIGITAL GOODS. 😲 VERY SHOCKING, it is even written on their

terms and agreement that DIGITAL GOODS OR INTANGIBLE GOODS ARE COVERED.

You need to actually read Paypals buyer and seller protection policies so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer/seller protection.
That protection can never be a 100% coverall as even insurance policies don't give you that.
