I use Paypal precisely because there is a guarantee. No more! I waited months for my product which I bought online to arrive, because of all the delivery delays. I finally open a dispute with Paypal only to be told that I have exceeded the time limit - that I have to open a dispute within 6 months. I have to wait at least three months before I can even complain that my parcel hasn't arrived, I have to wait months for delivery, but because I patiently waited months, I get shafted by Paypal for waiting too long. I will never use Paypal again, that guarantee I pay money for is a scam.
