An new eBay buyer claimed the item didn't work upon arrival. Specifically the flash on a camera. While the auction didn't allow returns I got a message on my phone about the request for a return. Thinking this was to allow a return and upon arrival a refund would be transacted. NOT PayPal sent the money promptly and she refuses to return the camera. How can I cancel the already processed return payment as this was fraud on the buyers part.
