I got scammed. Paypal has the transaction information and the access codes. They seem reluctant to do anything about it. Nice. During COVID-19, there is apparently alot of scamming going on with gift cards. Paypal wants to treat things as "business as usual". Its not business as usual - there's a pandemic. A virtual monopoly like Paypal needs to behave as a good citizen - not as an enabler of scammers. Very concerned and very disappointed.
