I raised a dispute as I had paid for an item but did not receive it after sainting several weeks. The seller did not return calls or emails and Paypal could not get a response either and refunded my money. Several weeks later I received email notification from a distribution company saying they had shipped the item on behalf of the seller. What should I do? I have emailed Paypal explaining the situation
Thats up to you, you don't have any responsibility in accepting it if you have been refunded.
So you can....
1. Refuse the item on delivery so its sent back.
2. Accept it and if you like it pay the seller again.
3. If you accept it and then don't like it then you can contact the seller and tell them they are welcome to have it back again as long as they send you a return shipping label.
