My paypal plus cash account was deactivated due to a payment i needed to make on a ebay account (completely my fault i just didn't realize it was there from years ago). I have direct deposit directly into my paypal, my debit card has been deactivated and i cant use my balance to pay the debt in order to have my account unrestricted. I still have not received an answer from support and dont know what to do, i can't even send my balance to another paypal account so i can have access to my funds.
