Needed help, paypal outright rejected my dispute. I had a subscription for a saas. The product did not work 80% of its function. I didnt open a dispute a month ago, as I thought cancelling the automatic payments from paypal would do. Cleared quite a few automatic payments too for other site that I had subscribed long ago that is no longer active by cancelling on their platform. But today I got charged again, I went to check my automatic payments just to make sure I deactivated it. And yes it wasnt there. So I shouldn't be charged, paypal outright rejected my dispute in less then 5 hours. Reopening the dispute redirected me to a "something went wrong page". Please help, anyone encounter this? Tried contacting them through fb messenger, it's telling me their agent isnt available due to covid.
