Hello, I have a Paypal account which I am using for my business. When I received more than 2500e I was asked to upload additional business information what I did. Paypal rejected some of them for personal reasons. Now I am receiving emails again asking for additional info but the page where I am supposed to upload the new documents is stuck for more than a month right now saying Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days. Does anyone know where can I upload new files? How can I resolve the case If Paypal site is buged? I tried to contact Paypal through email, nobody replied. Please someone help me its important.
