Paypal limitation

Hi , I've got one seirous issue with my paypal !
I am limited since 9 days and usually one limitation solution lasts 3 - 5 days what in the world is happening is it just me or what ?

Limitations last until you have resolved all issues that paypal require you to resolve.

If you don't then it may turn into a permanent limitation.
