Hi, my paypal account got limitations when i tried to log it in on my daughters smartphone, when it already had an existing account in it and paypal detected it as a suspicious activity.
And paypal is asking me to provide some informations which is understandable and i'm happy to oblige.
Now my problem arises with the third panel which is "Upload a bank statement" , the thing is, no bank accounts or credit cards is linked to this account, which is kind of ironic to ask for it. What should i do with it and how can i resolve it?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
