I recently received a notification that my account has reached a threshold, here is the message :
"You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as the account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard"
Can somebody help me on this? I am having 268$ balance in my account and I really need that money to pay my bank debt. This is my income for several weeks working as an online freelancer
