I paid an outstanding balance on an account I didn't know even was in the red as per the agreement that PayPal remove the unfair limitation on my account and they took my money without holding up their end of the deal. I'm not sure if maybe the limitation takes a while to do or anything but I kinda feel lied to, betrayed and even robbed.
