Paypal keeps rejecting documents

I have sent them all my documents, photo ID, driver’s license, utility bill, address card. They keep rejecting them, and this has been going on for a week now, it is ridiculous. As these are Hungarian documents, perhaps they aren’t familiar with them. Or what is the reason? I need to access my money.

Any advice? I can’t find a way to sens them a message either.

If your account is limited, we may ask you to provide documentation to help us verify you or your business. This may include documents to provide your identity, address, a recent name change, or business documents. You can find a list of requested documents in the Resolution Center.

Before sending us anything, please be sure that your document:

• is legible.
• shows all four corners of the page.
• does not have information blocked or blacked out.
• matches the information on your PayPal account.

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

@kernowlass The ID part after I submitted a phone bill was accepted as ID. Weird considering none of my other IDs, like a driver license were accepted.

They still need bank information or a card. Which do you think is needed for them to lift the limitation?
