My Paypal account is limited, because I already left the USA and withdrawn all of my money from Chase bank account and closed it in 2019, so that I can not get the bank statement from Chase anymore. I also tried to log into my Chase online bank account to see if I can get paperless bank statement but unfortunately, this option was no longer available in my online account anymore. I have tried to explain my situation to them, I even provided pictures of my check which has my name and account number and my card which has my name and card number but they said I have to provide bank statement in file. What should I do? T_T
