Paypal keep asking me link new card after verify.

It's so weird, why Paypal keep asking me link new card ?? I cant send ANYTHING from my account. ( Even with Friend Family, Goods ).

I already submitted ID + Discover card activities + Link bank account. 

I also put my SSN on profiles. 

Paypal's asking me submit ID again . . . and a copy of my SSN. 

They also prevent me close my account ( I can do everything, but I can't close ) LoL. 

If Paypal don't want me a part of community, They can ask me close my account.

I'm sorry to hear of the confusion. It sounds like there could be a limitation on your account. I recommend reviewing the Resolution Center on your PayPal account for additional details.
