So my paypal was hacked and i was charged out of my bank account over 700 dollars in 3 days. I reported it to paypal and my bank. While waiting my bank was overdrawn by paypal. My bank had to close my bank account because of it. Paypal then sent my money back to me. But now I have a-700 dollar paypal account. What the hell do i do.. none of the contwct numbers work. I really feel paypal is a giant scam
