Paypal is allowing companies to commit FRAUD!

Paypal is allowing companies to ship the wrong item that is cheaper or worthless than requiring the customer to pay to ship it back.  If a company ships the wrong item then they are responsible for return shipping otherwise why would they even try to ship the right thing?

I made 2 purchases and both are fraudulent companies and Paypal is not doing anything about it.  They close out my complaint allowing fraud when I have proof.  So not happy.

Yes, after 7 months of frustration I finally received a refund. I filed a complaint with the CA State Attorney General and

low and behold the money for the item I did not purchase was refunded within 2 weeks.

Don't wait! File with your state Attorney General asap!
