Has anyone else had problems with getting paypal to answer appeal emails and tweets?
THREE times I have emailed them with ZERO replies.
I can't count how many times I have tweeted them.
Paypal have basically stolen my money by ignoring what I wrote in the resolution centre.
The so-called "tracking" had NO SIGNATURE.
Even Royal Mail could not provide proof of delivery and STILL paypal agreed with the seller.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
