I need help to get money from pay pal as they holding money for 1.5 year. I went true resolution centre and I send the letter to PayPal head office to get the money and no one helped me to get my money from pay-pal. Can you help me to get the money from Pay-pal and the way how to get the money from the pay pal. To whom I need to ask for help to get the money from PayPal which they holding.
