I've filed a dispute and decision date was 6April suddenly changed to 16th April. And my statement date is 14th April. It's looking like Paypal trying it's best to get some interest and ripping off by making excuse of limited staff.
How convenient that we have a worldwide pandemic to delay your dispute decision. Seriously? They are on limited staffing and the number of people asking for help must be astronomical. I know you want your dispute resolved quickly if you’re due a refund. But an international crisis takes priority over your dispute.
