Had my account for years and years. Like the title says, I recently tried to send $$ to escrow and my account was immediately restricted. I sent the necessary documents (photo of passport) in order to unblock the account. 3 days after sending the documents needed in the resolution center the sum was taken out of my bank account, but it still hasn't been passed to Escrow and my account is still restricted. What's more is every time I log in i need to do security verification and change my password which is ridiculous. What the heck Paypal! never using this website again, crazy!! No one answers the phone at the call center, no matter how I try, the messaging system on paypal.com doesn't work for some reason, I even tried tweeting them but just keep getting an automated response.
