Dear Members. Paypal has refused to Close my Account without providing any reason. I don't have pending business proof documents to upload. I want to "Close my Account". Please guide me. Thanks.

If they have limited the account then you would have to resolve any issues first UNLESS its a permanent limitation in which case you won't be able to close it.

Paypal do this so that they can freeze any info on the account to stop you trying to use it to set up a new account.
