Paypal has limited our Paypal account without give any reason.

Hello,               We would like to say that as per Paypal our account has some limitations but we don't know why our paypal account has limitation.we have not received any mail from paypal about the issue and Our payment more than 2,20,158.84 INR* amount on hold.we got a message in our paypal account that "We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these. ".

We would like to know why this issue occurs and how we can resolve it.
