Paypal has deducted my twice the amount for one transaction

I wanted to call, but due to "u know what" they cannot pick up the phone.

i have a payment of twice 270, from one order of 270, it went directly from my bankaccount
the other deduction one was 3 days later. payment went to
PAYPAL EUROPE S.A.R.L. ET CIE S.C.A

now I don't know how to ask for a refund since, it's not an option to chose.
nor do I find the site very helpful to find a resolution

Can you click on the transaction in your paypal account > report a problem > billing error?

i tried,
but my point is not as discribed in the options.
but I chose the option to make it like it was double deducted.

i made a report, but het claim was denied because the issue is not fraude.
the issue I have with this payment is non selectable.

i think what went wrong was that I now send 270€ to my paypalaccount to provide money for the order
and at the same time the payment to the costumer went straight to the store from my bankaccount

i still need help , I'm still 270€ short
