Paypal froze my account, I provided them what they asked for, 5 days NOTHING...

I recently started reviewing products online for a refund or partial refund of the product cost. Many of the companies are overseas. Paypal froze my account and is demanding receipts for shipping / purchases from my supplier. I have explained to them in email and on the phone that nothing was bought from me nor am I shipping anything.

Like a broken record they just say the same thing over and over. They are holding $1500 of my money hostage with NO timeframe or next steps. Their customer service has no ability to do anything nor do they know how to do anything but read a script. It's beyond ridiculous.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
