I hope you are all doing great. I faced a totally unique problem. I searched everywhere & tried to find out the exact solution for my case. But I couldn't find one. So I am going to write on Paypal Community.
"In SC one of my neighbourhood's relative felt interest to buy a oil paint. I gave her the pain & she commited she will pay next week. Great !
But unfortunately she left the neighbour's house without any notice to me (she live in TX). Then I contact with her. She said she will pay 😞
She kept rolling me 😞
Now it is going to be a month. Yesterday she said she will send the money to paypal.
My question: as she is not comitted to her words, after sending money using fnf (friends and family) in paypal, can't she return back the money or make dispute or something similiar ?
what is the payment security from my side?
Please help me out.
