I purchased 2 $100 gift cards from Ebay from Paypal Digital gifts. They were gifts for my 2 daughters in May they both tried to use them and were told they were no good. I had them return them to me. Then the fun started Ebay said after 30 days contact Paypal Paypal said contact Ebay. Then to contact Cracker Barrel . Cracker barrel after numerous attempts said Ebay sold duplicate numbers. After many emails and exhausting phone calls of blame on each other neither Ebay or Paypal took the blame. I still contend I never received my product because the gift cards I received were no good and useless.
PayPal never has the word guarantee anywhere I've seen, heh. That said, since you bought the cards in May, any chance of filing a dispute has expired. If you paid with credit card for the gift cards, contact your card issuer to see if you can get your money back.
