Paypal fraud

I opened a case and paypal did not investigate just closed it and said the seller is right how do I fight it I think paypal is taking kick backs my receipt changed after I opened the case and I never received anything from seller

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the dispute time out at 20 days before you escalated?
