Hi I was banned on PayPal for some reason I am getting an error saying not enough information, then it says something went wrong contact PayPal, then when I contact PayPal it says to go to resolution center and it says I'm banned. It is not letting me withdraw funds or receive any and I don't know why I was banned or what I did.
