Paypal don't refund my money

Recently someone made a transaction from my account without noticing it. After i noticed that i change password and put two factor authentication but paypal refuse i give back my money! They say that no unauthorised transaction happen! Don't they check the ip address? Someone tranfered to himself money illegaly from my account and they find everything fine. The email of the thief is <removed>.

I'm sorry to hear that there was an unauthorized charge in your account. Is it possible that someone in your household conducted the transaction through your account? Is it possible that your network or computer itself was compromised?
