Paypal doesn'f reply

Hello,

PayPal doesn't reply on messages in my PayPal account and in Twitter.

They closed case to buyer's favor, althouth delivery was in transit.

Buyer received the order, status is delivered.

I want money back, because I lost both money and a product.

But PayPal ignore my messages.

They didn't reply already 5 days.

I'm from Russia.

They replied just now... after 5 days. If there is no enouph PayPal employees in Russia, then, I think, no reason to decide in buyers favor when product is in transit.
