Paypal does not find my immediate response in they system so my case closed not to my favour

Hi All,

 

I had a claim and Paypal asked me to answer for a simple question if I got any refund from the seller or the product finally arrived or not.

I answered to them in the same day in the case so in Paypal system.

Finally they closed the case as I did not answered in the given time. (means within 3 days)

I sent to them twice evidence about my answer (print screen) but they still say it is not prove my answer in time.

 

Is anyone had a similar problem?

How can I prove to Paypal that my answer is in they system?

How is it possible that Paypal cannot see in they system what I can see???

 

If no other solution I will ask the Fin-Net claim as that is my last chance (460 US...)
