Paypal dispute

Hi

I opened a dispute on the 15th December over an item that failed to arrive.It found in my favour on 28th December.As I paid via my bank account I was lead to believe the refund would be paid directly to that account in 3 to 5 working days.There has been no refund to date.Is this normal practise?

Here is the test from paypal confirming how quickly the refund should be. 

If the case was found in your favour, you’ll receive a refund. If you paid with a card, the refund will be returned to that card. Please allow for 30 days for the refund to show on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account to make the payment, the money will be refunded there and should be available in 3-4 business days. If your bank wasn't used for the payment, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
