hello, I recently opened a case for a purchase I made, the buyer has agreed to refund me but the PayPal claim states that I need to return the "item" to get a refund. but I have yet to receive anything from the seller. what should I do ?
Please double check the reason of your case, that should be "Item not received" and not for "Significantly not as described". If you are able to correct the reason yourself, please do so. Otherwise, you may need to contact Customer Service by clicking "Help & Contact" near bottom of the PayPal pages and see options available to get ahold of a representative.
There are 2 kinds of disputes you can file:
Item Not Received – You bought something, but didn’t receive it.
Significantly Not as Described – You received an item, but it was significantly different from the seller’s original description.
