Good day @sgcresale

I hope all is well.

Please double check the reason of your case, that should be "Item not received" and not for "Significantly not as described". If you are able to correct the reason yourself, please do so. Otherwise, you may need to contact Customer Service by clicking "Help & Contact" near bottom of the PayPal pages and see options available to get ahold of a representative.

There are 2 kinds of disputes you can file:

  • Item Not Received – You bought something, but didn’t receive it.
  • Significantly Not as Described – You received an item, but it was significantly different from the seller’s original description.
