Hi! I've bough empty box instead of computer parts (CPU).
The seller has several similar feedbacks:
1) "Dude tried to send me an empty package. Smells like a scammer take him off ebay"
2) "Paid $650 for a graphics card and he shipped me an empty box." So, please note that my case may be not an isolated incident but a part of a series of incidents.
I found this feedbacks after I've made a transaction. I was prepared and I've made a video of unboxing process because I understood what happen. I can share links to youtube video via PM/email/etc for anybody as proofs.
Then I've opened a case in paypal (one reason was a negative feedback with ebay in the past with another case, and second I didn't know that if I open case in paypal, then case in ebay will close)
Also I've visited police station, and write a crime report. Also I've filled CAFC complaint and ic3 complaint - it was requested by paypal support.
Yesterday paypal requested from me proofs of police report. I've visited police station again, then they said that it's common practice in the North America - give case number, give officer budge, and phone number, but not give any officer paper about case. Paypal should call
