Paypal denied my fraud case. Now what can I do?

Paypal response: this decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized.

Ordered product and paid with paypal credit.

Tried contacting vendor no luck.

Vendor site is now down kegate.com (now godaddy)

Contact information on site was fraudulent
